CrossTrainers Mission: To encourage and equip men with spiritual tools to enhance their relationships with God, their wife, children, church, and community.

CrossTrainers – CrossTrainers officially began in 1989 after a group of men, including myself, had been meeting for about 10 years and saw an opportunity to widen the scope of men’s fellowship and discipleship in Des Moines. Throughout the last 18 years, CT has transitioned in many ways and we are excited to announce new opportunities through CT AM: Teaching and CT Plus: Discipleship.

CT AM

Morning CrossTrainers is called CT AM. The morning format is teaching from the CT Speaking Team. Whether teaching from a topical book study or "unplugged" you will hear solid Biblical truth to encourage and equip you with spiritual tools you need be the man God desires you to be.

CT Plus

Noon Crosstrainers is called CT Plus. The noon format is small group discipleship. This is for men that desire to go deeper in Christ and a forum (small group)with other guys through the High Quest Series. For additional information contact:

We encourage you to attend both if you can! If God has laid it on your heart to disciple someone or if you desire to be encouraged and discipled yourself, CT Plus is the place for you! So invite that friend you have been meaning to disciple and join us for CT AM to be encouraged then go to CT Plus to dig deeper and encourage others! If you can’t attend CT AM...remember it is available to listen online or download.
